Best Fitness Reward Program for a Frequent Flyer

2011 CrossFit Games

The best reward program for any frequent flyer is one that helps them stay healthy while they travel free.

I am a month into my CrossFit regimen and I love it.

CrossFit is a fitness company that combined the body-weight exercises and short recovery periods found in circuit training with popular exercises of Olympic weightlifting.

Cross-Training and Circuit Training have been around for awhile but CrossFit does add their own unique spin to the equation.

So CrossFit is a brand for what many personal trainers would probably be doing with their clients.

Now you have yourself a nice hybrid workout.

Kind of like how kick-ass Travel Abstract Academy gets you working on all angles of your Free Travel Portfolio!

The Travel Abstract Academy Manifesto

Many people are confused about what they want.

You are here because something inside of you told you to stop and come here.

You want to start paying attention to what is actually important to you instead of running away from it.

Being aware of what you actually want is the key to understanding where you are going.

For most of our lives we believe that some magic formula of more money, job promotions and fame will bring you clarity.

But none of these things ever does. Understand this exists and be aware of what is your true need.

For many of us here, this means finding awareness in your need to travel.

The Travel Abstract Academy is your home to getting up and running in the world of free flights while making your travel aspirations a reality.

Why Ned Stark Is an Idiot – Play the Game of Points

Game of Thrones - Ned Stark</a><a href=

Ned, Ned. Winter is coming and you missed it. How could you be so blind!

It was your honor and loyalty that got you into this mess and now your head is missing.

Don’t be as foolish as Ned Stark. Get rid of the notions of honor and loyalty as early as possible.

If my reward program changes earning rates I will review my decision to stay with them.

When a program decides to increase the cost to redeem their points or miles is another moment to reflect on continuing to earn with them.

You are not bound by blood to any reward program, although at times it may feel that way, why do you act that way?

This is particularly prudent for those of you who are not located in a hub city or are more a leisure than frequent flyer.

What drives brand loyalty is similar to what drives loyalty amongst our peers.

It is for honor of ding the “right thing” even if we are being mistreated or neglected. We fiercely support and argue in defense of the loyalty program.

10 Things You Should Give Up for Free Travel

Spider house

Today I was inspired by the great post by Dan over at the tropicalMBA.

Dan wrote an insightful article where he defined what it is to be an entrepreneur.

He also shared some assumptions about the life of an entrepreneur that beginners should shed in order to be successful.

I decided to adapt that for what I had to give up in order to make the commitment to complete my free travel aspirations.
